In Mt. Morris, Greene County, Pennsylvania, Mason Dixon Park has annual Mason Dixon festivals to honor and celebrate the traditions that family and neighbors have done for generations. The 28th annual Frontier Festival is beginning December 28th, 2010 at 10am. This festival will honor frontier folk life and their history.

There’s so much to do, see and learn. That anybody looking to get in shape will have an excellent opportunity. With all the walking seeing musicians perform to walking to a vendor to freshen up with water. Mason Dixon Park has festivals that last for about two days. Admission is always free and is very family and budget friendly. There will be plenty of vendors selling food and drinks, crafters of every sort will be there selling their goods from metal crafts to animal furs. The most important exercise is cardiovascular training that means lots of running. Whether it’s on a tread mill or running through Central Park, running should be done, at the least, every other day.
